My Story
I love to live and work in one of the most amazing cities in the world -- Chicago, IL. Everyday I am grateful to wake up in this dynamic city full of life and couldn't imagine a better place to call home.
After graduating Columbia College Chicago with a BFA in Graphic Design I went on to work for one of Chicago's premier event production companies, Kehoe Designs, for 3 years. Starting off as a junior designer and ending my run as lead designer and manager. After Kehoe, I expanded my skills by taking on the role of graphic artist with a boutique advertising agency in the city for over 2 years. After that I oversaw the brand identity and creative direction for an exclusive Chicago hospitality group that operated five unique restaurants.
Following my work there I became the brand & creative manager for a D2C fitness and wellness company, Cubii. I managed a team that developed marketing campaigns and creative assets to help support cross-functional brand strategy for target consumers in both retail and the eCommerce realms.
Currently, I am the creative director at Society Brands, an eCommerce aggregator rapidly acquiring direct-to-consumer companies. Responsible for 10 distinct brands, I provide oversight of creative strategies and executions for each brand while managing a team of designers.
Outside of the creative world I like to stay grounded through my yoga practice, I try to hit my mat everyday. I also have my RYT 200 and Group Fitness Certifications and teach at CorePower Yoga. Aside from design and yoga, I also have an unhealthy obsession with chocolate cake, but life is all about balance.
